For us, permanent hiring is not just recruitment, but a long-term strategy that allows us to reach out and identify potential candidates. This approach gives us flexibility and agility, while ensuring that we always have fresh talent available to grow and innovate.

Since our company is growing and with it the volume of work, it is necessary to expand our team with other smart people in order to be able to fulfill our goals efficiently and without stress. We don’t want to put pressure on ourselves, so we try to create a work environment that supports work-life balance while allowing for individual development and growth.

We know that talented individuals with the potential and desire to expand their horizons in strategic marketing appear on the labor market. Whether it’s recent graduates, bored marketers from digital agencies, or complete newbies determined to work on themselves, we’re looking for people who are ready to grow. That’s why we decided to conduct interviews and recruit talent throughout the year.

What do we pay attention to when hiring?

Our selection process is transparent. Each candidate will be given the same opportunity to show their qualities. We do not only focus on the candidate’s current experience, but mainly on his long-term potential.

It is important for us that new team members are able to cooperate effectively, bring new ideas, be able to make decisions and subsequently take responsibility for their decisions.

What is the process of job interviews at Row & Slide?

At Row & Slide, we follow a process that helps us discover the best candidates.

1. Selection of a suitable candidate

Since you are entering the world of marketing and business, you have the opportunity to demonstrate your skills at the very first contact. The main criterion may not only be the content of the CV or work experience, but also expression, persuasiveness and originality. A well-written cover letter or other form of exposure can go a long way.

2. Sending the first assignment to the selected position

If you meet our requirements, we will send you the first assignment designed for the current position. Doing this assignment will demonstrate your knowledge. The assignment contains specific tasks from the area in which we are looking for reinforcement and will be judged on the quality of the solutions, creativity and ability to solve problems effectively.

3. Evaluation of the completed assignment

Our assignments do not have clear right or wrong answers. The aim is to assess your creativity and overall execution of the assignment. If you can defend your answers, it is basically the right answer. We do not determine the form and method of processing, we leave it to you. 🙂

Successful completion of this assignment is a condition for advancing to the first round of the oral interview.

4. First round of oral interview

In the first round interview phase, we will get to know each other and introduce you to our company. We will also go over the completed assignment to see how you understand the tasks and how you respond to the related questions.

5. Evaluation of the first round

In this phase, we evaluate the graduates of the first rounds based on an assignment and an oral interview.

6. Sending the second assignment

If you succeed in the first round, we will send you a second assignment. Part of the second assignment is the development of a strategic output based on one of our frameworks.

7. Second round of interview

If you successfully complete the second assignment, we will invite you to the second round of an oral interview, which will include:

  • presentation of the completed assignment

During the interview, you will present the solutions to your assignment, where you will clearly and concisely explain the approach, the methods used and the results achieved.

  • a deeper presentation of our company – vision, internal principles, direction

In the second round, you will have the opportunity to learn more about the direction of Row & Slide and gain a deeper insight into the vision of our company.

8. Final assessment and final interviews

The goal of the third round is to select the ideal candidate who will enrich our team and fit into the company culture. In this round, you will meet with the managers, where you will discuss expectations and goals with each other.

At the interview, you will encounter a test that aims to assess analytical and critical thinking. You have 25 minutes for 7 tasks. But you don’t have to be afraid of that.

The goal is to test your ability to invent yourself even without special training.
