These personal data processing terms are intended to inform data subjects (our customers or website visitors) about the processing of personal data within Row & Slide s.r.o.
The controller is responsible for the processing of personal data pursuant to Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, more commonly known to the public as the GDPR. The controller has adopted all appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure the protection of personal data.
The controller does not appoint a specific data protection officer under the GDPR. Any questions regarding the processing of personal data in our company should be directed to the statutory body.
What is personal data?
“Personal data” means any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person (hereinafter referred to as the “data subject”); an identifiable natural person is one who can be identified, directly or indirectly, in particular by reference to an identifier such as a name, identification number, location data, online identifier, or to one or more factors specific to the physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural, or social identity of that natural person.

Providing personal data that is required by law or contract is mandatory. Without providing such data, it is not possible to deliver our services.
Our legitimate interest in processing your personal data is the protection of our contractual and legal claims, such as debt recovery, complaints, compensation for damages, etc.
Please note that as a data subject you are obliged to provide truthful and up-to-date personal data. In case of changes, you must notify the controller immediately.
Your consent to personal data processing serves as a basis for the use of cookies on our website. You may withdraw your consent for cookies not essential to the functioning of our website here: (www.rowslide.com/cookies_revoke).
We do not transfer your personal data to third countries, with the exception of cookies prepared by third parties. Article III.
Your Rights as a Data Subject
The rights of data subjects are set out in Chapter 3 of the GDPR. What are your rights?
Withdrawal of consent – in cases where we process your personal data on the basis of your consent, you have the right to withdraw this consent at any time. You may withdraw consent electronically at the address of the contact person, in writing by a notice of withdrawal of consent, or personally at the office. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of the processing of personal data that we carried out about you on the basis of your consent prior to its withdrawal.
Right of access – you have the right to be provided with a copy of the personal data we have available about you, as well as information about how we use your personal data. In most cases, your personal data will be provided to you in written paper form, unless you request another technically feasible method of provision. If you requested the provision of this information by electronic means (e.g., email), the data will be provided to you electronically, if technically possible.
Right to rectification – we take reasonable steps to ensure the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of the information we have about you. If you believe that the data we hold is inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated, please do not hesitate to ask us to correct, update, or supplement this information.
Right to erasure (right to be forgotten) – you have the right to request the deletion of your personal data, for example in cases where the personal data we have obtained about you is no longer necessary to fulfill the original purpose of processing. However, your right must be assessed in light of all the circumstances. For example, we may have certain legal obligations (e.g., archiving, etc.), which means that we may not be able to comply with your request.
Right to restriction of processing – under certain circumstances you are entitled to ask us to stop using your personal data. This applies, for example, in cases where you believe that the personal data we hold about you may be inaccurate, or when you believe that we no longer need to use your personal data.
Right to data portability – under certain circumstances you have the right to request us to transfer the personal data you have provided to us to another third party of your choice. However, the right to data portability applies only to personal data that we have obtained from you on the basis of consent or on the basis of a contract of which you are one of the contractual parties.
Right to object – you have the right to object to the processing of data that is based on our legitimate interests. In cases where we do not have a compelling legitimate legal reason for the processing and you raise an objection, we will no longer process your personal data.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority (Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic, Hraničná 12, 820 07 Bratislava 27, Tel.: +421 2/32 31 3214, E-mail: statny.dozor@pdp.gov.sk). If personal data is processed on the basis of written consent, the data subject has the right to withdraw their consent at any time. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.
