Assignment

The initial step was to analyze the CEO’s brief and translate it into a feasible project strategy. By establishing initial hypotheses, we designed a project plan that became the starting point for the entire project.

Opportunity analysis

Using analytical methods, we identified internal and external opportunities, market changes and possibilities, and in conjunction with the current situation and projected market development, we proposed 4 strategic scenarios. By focusing on the so-called focus areas, we chose a direction that allowed for a smooth transition to the next scenario in case of changing conditions.

Reporting and optimization

After launch, we evaluated the achievement of goals and the success of the project in several phases according to the agreed KPIs and, based on the original hypotheses, optimized and scaled the processes. The result was that the goals were met by 170 %.
